Pre-printed invoice books
Invoice and control numbers in order with no gaps, VAT by rate and IGTF tax, and credit and debit notes with their own books.
Cash register
Open with a float in Bs and USD, record withdrawals and expenses, and close with a count by payment method: expected, counted and the difference.
Inventory
Stock levels and a ledger of every movement, adjustments with a reason, alerts for products below minimum, and physical counts with a scanner or a phone.
Purchasing and suppliers
Goods receiving, purchase orders suggested from minimum stock levels, and accounts payable with due dates.
